Detroit has always been known as an industrial hub. This idea carries over directly into our music scene in the way we collaborate, manufacture, distribute and perform. We are a DIY town and the grit of the industry around us is a major source of inspiration and expression. The roots of Blues, Jazz, Gospel, Motown, R&B, Rock and Roll, Punk, Soul, Hip Hop and Techno are all tied to Detroit! It’s an amazing place to be from because we have the opportunity to carry on the traditions of our musical history while remaining innovative. In Detroit, music is our heritage.
