Once an order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email - please check your email's inbox and spam folder for this email to get all of your tracking info.
Are you offering local pick-up at this time?
Unfortunately we're not able to offer local pick-up. Once everything has settled down from the pandemic we will reevaluate this option.
Are there any processing or shipping delays?
All orders containing items from the Austin Will Survive program:
- Items from the Austin Will Survive program are printed on a preorder basis and are printed after the completion of the specific store's site
- After the shirts are printed for the specific store they are shipped out within a week
- You can find the estimated shipping week for each item from the Austin Will Survive program in both the title and info for each specific item
All other orders:
- We process and ship orders Monday-Friday every week
While most items are in stock, some orders call for us having to reprint sizes - please allow for extra time to fulfill these orders
When will my order be shipped?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days unless an item in your order is needing to be printed or is a preorder. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
What does preorder mean? How will this affect my order?
If an item that you're ordering is a preorder this means that the item hasn't been printed yet and will be fulfilled at a later date. This will delay when your order is packed and shipped.
Does Fine Southern Gentlemen ship internationally?
We do! It is worth noting that since the pandemic we have run into issues from our carriers involving international orders so please keep this in mind and allow for delays once your package leaves our shop.
My tracking info tells me that my package has been delivered but isn't here/my package is in a different state/my package was delivered to the wrong address. Can you help me?
Once your package leaves our shop in the hands of our carriers we receive the same tracking info that you do. Please contact the carrier directly first about any issues with the delivery of your package and then let us know so we can help with a solution on our end.
How do your returns/exchanges work?
If you'd like to make an exchange for a different size of an item that you order please ship the item back to us with a note in your package letting us know what size to exchange for.
*Please note that all items from the Austin Will Survive program are printed specifically for each order therefore making them unavailable for exchanges.
If you'd like to make a return shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can get your return/refund resolved.
We do make mistakes! If you have not received a shipping confirmation for your order after 3 weeks please reach back out to us.
