Order Status / Shipping Delays
Standard orders process in 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
While most items are in stock we do have to reprint based on demand. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days your item is being printed to order.
*Items printed to order could take up to 14 business days to process.
Rest assured our team is working as fast as possible to print, fulfill and ship your order! All orders are custom printed in-house in Austin, TX.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 15 business days and your order does not contain a pre-sale item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Has my order shipped yet?
Once an order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email - please check your email's inbox and spam folder for this email to get all of your tracking info.
What does preorder mean? How will this affect my order?
If an item that you're ordering is a pre-order the item hasn't been printed yet and will be fulfilled at the date stated in the product title. This will delay when your order is packed and shipped.
My tracking info tells me that my package has been delivered but isn't here/my package is in a different state/my package was delivered to the wrong address. Can you help me?
Once your package leaves our shop in the hands of our carriers we receive the same tracking info that you do. Please contact the carrier directly first about any issues with the delivery of your package and then let us know so we can help with a solution on our end.
What if I added Route Package Protection?
Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges and returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of purchase or 14 days from order delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition. Please click here to initiate your return.
Vintage, made to order, sale and custom art purchases are final sale.
Do you offer to buy online and pick up in store?
Not at this time but swing by to shop in person! We’re open Monday - Friday 10-6pm & Weekends from 12-6pm.
